Richard Rahnema

Richard Rahnema was born in Toronto, Canada, and raised in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, where he attended school from preschool through high school. After graduating high school, he returned to Canada to earn his psychology degree from the University of Western Ontario. He later obtained his law degree from Bond University and became licensed to practice law in Arizona, New York, and Ontario, Canada.

In 2010, Richard returned to Lake Havasu City to care for his mother during her illness. When she passed away, he experienced the probate process firsthand as a grieving son. That personal journey left a lasting impact and inspired his commitment to guiding other families through probate with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

Since then, Lake Havasu City has once again been home—and the heart of Rahnema Law.

Legal Experience & Background

Richard began his legal career at Rohmer & Fenn, a boutique litigation firm in Toronto focused on Transportation Law, Commercial and General Litigation, Appellate Practice, and Aviation Insurance Litigation.

He joined Wachtel Biehn & Malm as a law clerk and later became an Associate Attorney in 2014. During that time, he built experience in a wide range of legal areas such as, Litigation, Criminal Defense, Estate Planning and Probate.

In 2017, Richard founded Rahnema Law with the mission to offer legal services that were not only effective, but also approachable and client-focused. While his early practice covered a variety of legal matters, his focus is now exclusively in probate law.
